PropTech in Africa is on the move and growing exponentially, and one of the fastest-growing markets for PropTech is West Africa. Of the 122 PropTech companies across Africa, 45 have been founded since 2015. This reflects the increasing interest in the sector and the growing opportunity that PropTech presents across the property ecosystem and value chain, especially in one of the continent’s most historically opaque regions.
