This Post Event Report prepared by PropertyPro summarises the events that transpired at their 2019 Summer Event.

The 2019 edition of the conference themed “Bridging Investment Gaps in Africa's Real Estate Markets for Sustainable Growth”, identified and discussed real estate focus areas for investment in Africa, in relation to demand, supply and finance. Suggestions were given for methods to fully harness the opportunities in these focus areas, while bridging the gaps between investment and factors affecting real estate economics. The event held on the 28th of August, 2019 at the Landmark Event Centre Victoria Island, Lagos recorded 30 exhibitors, 1500 delegates and 14 awardees.
