Nigeria Real Estate Investment Trust (“NREIT”)  plans to be a listed Nigerian real estate investment trust denominated in Naira and focused exclusively on the Nigeria real estate market. NREIT has a N 100bn programme approved by SEC and is targeting N 20bn in Series 1 ; it is a Shariah compliant product allowing all Nigerian investors to participate.
