Year-End 2021 Investor Confidence once again hit a record high of 9.3 out of 10, last recorded Year-End 2020. This level of confidence can be attributed to a slight edge toward an “investor-friendly” fundraising environment after a multi-year “founder-friendly” one. This climate has emerged due to downward pressure on public company valuations trickling into the private markets. Investors expect this shift to reduce price insensitivity and rushed due diligence processes, encouraging 71% of investors to make more PropTech investments over the next 12 months, up from 54% just six months ago.
