It is with great pleasure that we present the 2018

edition of our annual Hotel Chain Development

Pipelines in Africa. This is our 10th edition,

and we present it with a sense of achievement

and pride, as we have been instrumental

in documenting with some accuracy the

development activity of the hotel chains, hotel

owners and investors in Africa over the past

decade, at least that activity which is associated

with one of the chains.
