Annual headline inflation increased to 3.4% in June 2019 from 3.3% recorded during the year ended May 2019. The increase in annual headline inflation was largely attributed to the annual core inflation rate, which increased to 4.9% for the year ending June 2019 compared to the 4.6% registered for the year ended May 2019.
