The level of take-up in the industry is envisioned to increase with renewed interest from old players such as the oil and gas industry and fairly new entrants such as tech and health industries. There is likely to be increased relocations from standalone and B-grade office buildings to newer A-grade office spaces which are in considerable supply. This will mean that increased incentives and redevelopment schemes will need to be employed by landlords of B-grade buildings so as to retain market share.
