Ghana’s first REIT Sentinel has acquired One Airport Square. The A-Grade building is a mixed-used development with 15,000sqm of Office Space and 2,000sqm of Retail, which sums up to 17,000sqm GLA. The office building houses several blue chip companies, such as 8D Global, Norfund Ghana, etc.
