This report covers the real estate industry for the year 2017 and 1st Quarter of 2018. We gave a summary of the Nigeria’s economic performance in relation to the real estate sector.This report compares prices in the most vibrant markets and studies the price fluctuations in 2017 for selected “emerging areas” which we highlighted for their development and expansion in recent years. We also took a look at the controversial Lagos State Land Use Charge Law, and the impact it may likely have on house prices in the state.
