Shelter Afrique is soliciting consent to seek a "no-objection" from Noteholders to enable the company enter into a Standstill Agreement and to request Noteholders to waive their right to declare an event of default by reason of occurrence of events outlined in the provisions of Conditions of 10 (c) and (d).
