In this report, we focus on Kenya's AHP progress since its inception , it's affordability with a spotlight on the Nairobi Metropolitan Area(NMA), unit size evolution, and  key setbacks hampering the initiative’s progress.  We also provide key recommendations that can be implemented, to help improve the initiative’s progress and performance.
