Àrgentil Asset Management is gearing up to launch Seattle Court, a luxury residential development located on Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos. The asset management firm served as the development manager for this project as well as The Wings Towers, located nearby.
Seattle Court was designed by ECAD Architects and built by Cappa and D’Alberto, the development offers 24 residential units spread across two wings (12 each) including twenty 3-bedroom apartments and four 4-bedroom two storey penthouses. Initially scheduled for completion in earlier in the year, the project is nearing completion and set for handover in Q4:2018.
This project is being delivered at a time where the luxury market is under pressure, however, the short stay and managed apartment space is growing rapidly.
We visited the site on Wednesday, 10 October 2018 and here is our update.
A varied palette of tiles, stone and glass create a carefully articulated façade that incorporates a series of spacious private balconies to provide outdoor spaces for each residence.
Seattle Court’s refined and relaxed interiors were cultivated through the use of warm colours and bronze, brushed steel and black fixtures. Residences offer near floor-to-ceiling windows, views across the 5-cowrie creek, modern recessed ceiling downlighters, clean lines double-glazed windows, walnut security doors, Smart video door phone with door answering, wooden flooring, and in the penthouses master bedrooms, pocket doors to bathrooms and walk-in-closet. In addition, the kitchens come with custom designed fitted timber and gloss painted cupboards, marble worktops, porcelain floor tiles, and brushed steel fittings while the bathrooms come with frameless glass shower screens, concealed toilets and porcelain floor tiles.
In all, the design creates a confident contemporary presence that adds character to the Lagos skyline.
