The Wings Office Towers is an A-Grade commercial development in Victoria Island – Lagos, comprising two towers and a total of 27,000m² lettable office space. It is located at the beginning of Ozumba Mbadiwe, beside Walter Carrington Crescent and will include 700 parking spaces, restaurants, a gym and boat jetty.

Oando Plc is the anchor tenant for the development and will occupy one of the towers (c.13,500m²). The other tower is already on the market for tenants and according to RMB Westport, interest is high.

Construction work by contractors Cappa & D’alberto appears to be going well with completion slated for Q2 2016. The Wings will be joining other high profile commercial real estate developments on Ozumba Mbadiwe including The Waves, which is currently on hold and the Civic Tower. It will also be in close proximity to the Civic Centre Hall, Oriental Hotel, Radisson Blu and Federal Palace.

RMB Westport, Standard Bank and Àrgentil Asset Management are the development team for this development. RMB Westport is no stranger to the real estate development space in Lagos and they have been development partners in many projects including Ikeja City Mall, Osapa Mall (Q4 2015), Royal Gardens Mall, Lekki and a host of other real estate projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.
