1870 West Residences

1870 West Residences is a residential development under construction in Westlands, Nairobi. This area is a mixed-use area of both residential and commercial developments and has the advantage of the recently completed Nairobi Expressway. 

The G+30 floors development, scheduled for completion in Q2:2026, is being built by 1870 West Limited. Once completed, it will consist of 225 units of 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bedroom apartments. Facilities to be provided include:

• Lounges

• Fitness facilities

• Elevator, amongst many others.
