The Beacon

The Beacon is an office development located on Admiralty Way,  Lekki Phase. The 5-floor development is developed by Tilden Development Limited who are also the developers of Regent Avenue, The Oak, and Cooper Suites. It is located on one of the major roads in the Lekki Phase 1, and notable developments such as Admiralty mall, Admiralty Pearl, Admiralty Waterfront Apartments are located along that road.

The construction of the development commenced in Q1:2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4:2023. The Beacon has a Gross Leasable Area of 1,759 sqm.

The Main Contractor of this development is O’spaces Nigeria Limited, which was designed by Housmith Limited. Other members of the project team include:

• ePCM Limited as Quantity Surveyor

• Towa Associates Limited as Structural Engineers

• Alpha Engineers as MEP Engineers, and 

• O’spaces Nigeria Limited as Project Manager
