Admiralty Mall

Admiralty Mall is a retail development located on Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1 and developed by Dreamspaces Development. The development offers views of the Five Cowries Creek along with some parts of Banana Island on its West. This area is also home to many other retail developments being a mixed use area. Some of the retail developments in this area include: Prince Ebeano Supermarket, Aaron’s Mall, Centro Mall, Lennox Mall, amongst many others.

The development commenced in Q4:2016 and was completed in Q3:2022. The development offers 33 units of retail space.

Each unit consists of a minimum 30sqm of retail space, which are spread across 3 floors, and a pent floor for recreational activities. The total lettable area of the building is approximately 1,323sqm with an asking rent of between ₦65,000/sqm and ₦100,000/sqm.

The development team include: Dutum Company Limited as Main Contractor, BeyondArete as Architect, PinConsult Associates as Structural Engineer, and Alliance Engineering Consultants as MEP Engineer.
