Heirs Holding Headquarters is an 8-storey building on the corner of Ajose Adeogun Street and Abibu Adetoro Street developed by Afriland Properties with Cappa and D'Alberto acting as the main contractor. Other developments located in this prime area of Victoria Island include 101 Jubril Martins Street23 Idejo Street by Chyzob Holdings, and Eko Tower II by Eko Hotel Group amongst many others.


Construction of the building commenced in Q1:2018 and it was completed in Q4:2020, and It has a gross area of 4,500 sqm.

On 18th June 2023, The Lagos State Government sealed off the property due to suspected structural failure. 

According to the General Manager of LASBCA, Arc. Gbolahan Owodunni Oki, the structure which houses Heirs Insurance and UBA Bank is suspected to be exhibiting signs of structural failure as preliminary investigations revealed that some floor tiles on the fourth floor have popped off along the expansion joints of the building. He further revealed that the owner of the building had attempted a cover-up which was foiled by a whistleblower. 


Further investigations are currently ongoing.
