Amni Towers

Amni Towers is a proposed 40-floor office development located in the Marina District of Eko Atlantic. Developed by private investors, Eko Atlantic has a land size of 10 million square metres (10 sqkm) and the average land price ranges between $1000 - $2000 per sqm. Currently in the late conceptual stages, the development site is situated beside Alpha One Tower, completely dwarfing it.

The project is developed by Amni Petroleum International Limited, an independent oil and gas exploration & production company, whose current HQ is located on Tiamiyu Savage Street, Victoria Island. The main contractor and other members of the project team are yet to be selected. 

The structural design was undertaken by Lebanese engineering and design company, Omnium Construction and Equipment Study Technique (OTCE), who is also responsible for the structural and geotechnical design of Eko Pearl Tower C, Kuramo Beach Residence,  and Azuri Towers.
