Azuri Towers is a mixed-use development situated in the Marina District of the Eko Atlantic.
It is being developed by Eko Development Company, while ITB Nigeria and Genslar are the main contractors and architects respectively. ITB Nigeria has also been involved with other notable projects in Nigeria such as Eko Tower, Lagos Continental Hotel, Kings Tower, and Alpha One among many others. Genslar, the project’s world-renowned architect, was involved in the design of the Imperial International Business City.
Azuri Towers consists of three towers: two residential and one office tower. Azuri One, the tallest residential building in Nigeria, has 33 floors and stands at 146 meters. Azuri Two complements Azuri One, while the office tower serves commercial/corporate purposes. There are over 130 apartments in total.
Amenities and Spaces
- 5th Floor: Otherwise referred to as The Podium, the 5th Floor is a communal area housing amenities such as an Olympic-sized swimming pool, kids' pool, sauna, game room, tower clubhouses, and children's playroom with a central playground.
- Ground Floor: Primarily dedicated to commercial & retail spaces. Restaurants and supermarkets will be located here.
- Residential Parking: There are four levels of residential parking serving the residential side of Azuri Towers.
- Annex Car Park: Serving the office tower, the annex provides seven floors of parking space. It serves both residents and visitors, ensuring convenient access to parking facilities. It also houses retail stores on the ground floor and lofts overlooking the Marina. The anness car park also houses the Marina Club.
The Azuri Complex occupies 13,500 sqm.
