Bluewater Apartments (Sapphire Tower) is a residential development along Remi Olowude Street, Lekki Phase 1. It was developed by Africa Capital Alliance and El-Alan Nigeria Limited in Q1:2020. El-Alan Nigeria Limited is also the Main Contractor and has been involved in other projects such as No 4 Bourdillon, Tango Towers, The Pantheon Office Tower, and The Gentry, amongst others.

The 17-floor development features 128 units of 1,2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments and amenities in the building also include: 

• Swimming pool

• Gym

• Spa

• A Park

• Shopping centers

• Elevator, among many others.

Other project team members include: 

• GreenKey Facilities Management Services as the Facility Manager

• Ngonyama Okpanum Associates as the Architect
