Consultants Collaborative Partnership (CCP) Place is a 6-floor commercial building located on Chief Yesufu Abiodun way, Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos. The building which has a Gross lettable space of 2,000 sqm and a Mezzanine floor of 620 sqm on a land area of 1,235 sqm was developed and is owned by Consultants Collaborative Partnership, who were also the Architects. The company has been involved in other developments for which they were Architects includes:

•  Development for First Marina Trust Limited

The main contractor of the project is Ratcon Construction while the quantity surveyor is Complete Cost Surveyors.

The prime location where CCP place is located is an attractive neighborhood and houses other commercial buildings including Landmark Boulevard, Oniru Towers, and Atlantic Resort, as well as a few residential properties such as: The Orchard Oniru, and Keziah Terrace 2. The developers intention is to occupy the 3rd and Mezzanine floor while from 4th till the last floor are let out.
