Cooper Tower is a residential development located along Cooper Road, Ikoyi, and developed by G&R Estate Development Company Ltd. This area is one of the prime areas in Lagos and houses many luxury and ultra-luxury developments such as: Khristos, No.4 Bourdillon, Cuddle by Cadwell, Belmonte Prive, amongst many others.

The 11-floors development is scheduled for completion in Q4:2026, and will feature 20 units of apartments and penthouses. Some of the features to be offered in the development will include:
