Crestview And Olympic Towers is a multi-residential development located at No 280 Kofo Abayomi Road, Victoria Island by Flour Mills of  Nigeria. This area is one of Lagos’s Prime locations with several other residential developments including: The Pristine by Cobblestone Properties & Estates Limited,   Lapaz Apartments by Arkland Properties and Investment, Rose of Sharon Towers by DaySpring Property Development Company, and Pacific Towers by Deluxe Residences amongst many others.

This 12-floor development was completed in the last quarter of 2015 and offers 47 units of apartments. The development comes with a swimming pool and a gym. 

The main contractor of the project was El-Alan Construction Nigeria Limited, the Facilities manager is Provast Integrated Facilities Management, and the agent is Cortts Real Estate and Property Development Company.
