According to the developer, they were all constructed with an international standard and a luxury finish. Amenities available in the building include a gym with all the latest equipment, a pool, and access to a club room for all residents of the building.

It was developed by the Day Spring Development Property Company Limited, where the Executive Vice Chairman is Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija. The 'Rose of Sharon' name is an inherent part of most projects, businesses, or organizations that she is involved with. The contractor for the project is Julius Berger and the pictures below show that this 'Yoruba/German flower' was built to relative perfection. The development was completed in early Q1:2015.
