Dangote Industries HQ

The ongoing Dangote Industries Headquarters is an office development located in the prime area of Ikoyi at Alfred Rewane Road (Kingsway Road), Ikoyi, Lagos. It is being developed by Dangote Industries Limited who is acting as the Main Contractor and Project Manager.

The site is located beside the former Ineh-Mic Auto Sales Shop, along Rumens Road. The development will join other prominent commercial developments in Ikoyi such as The Pantheon Office Tower by UACL Properties Limited, Famfa Oil Tower by Dayspring Property Development Company, Alliance Place by African Capital Alliance, Foreshore Towers, and  The Rubicon by James Cubbitt Developments amongst many others.

The development, which is estimated to be completed in Q4 2026, will consist of 16 floors and add approximately 17,000 sqm of space to the office market. The building will form part of Dangote Industries Limited's real estate portfolio and serve as the new head office from its current quarters at Union Marble House, which is also on Alfred Rewane Road.
