Diamond Oak Residency is a residential development located at Othaya Road, Kileleshwa, Nairobi. It is being built by Grand Height Limited, while the Architect of the project is Rayplan Architects. 

Kileleshwa is home to other developments such as: Silver Oak by Numa Investments, Socian Villa Apartments by Tofina Rom Builders, Apollo Kings Tower by Kings Developers Limited, and The Marquis by Hayer One. 

The 16-floor development has an estimated completion date of Q3:2024. Once completed, it will comprise 120 units of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. These apartments are 207sqm and 257sqm in size respectively. 

As at Q1:2022, the prices were:

• 3 bedroom apartment - Ksh 20,087,200 ($US 170,000)

• 4 bedroom apartment - Ksh 23,632,000 ($US 200,000)
