Eneo Tatu City

Eneo at Tatu Central  is set to be Kenya’s largest contact center. The  new facility broke ground in June 2022 at Tatu City  with the development being undertaken by Gateway Real Estate Africa  (GREA) and operated by CCI global.

Featuring a total GLA of 25,812 sqm, the facility is expected to feature a 4000-seating capacity and 547 parking bays with the development set for completion in Q1 2024.

With CCI Global fully tenanting GREA’s first office tower, they  are also expected to put up a second office tower and a retail center in Tatu City comprising 24,000 sqm of total office and retail space.

Tatu City is Kenya’s first operational Special Economic Zone (SEZ). At the moment, the city features more than 70 operational businesses or under development, and over 3000 students  and 3,000 apartments both occupied or under development.
