Enkang Apartments

Enkang Apartments is an 11-storey residential development complex consisting of 6 blocks located along Ngong Road in Nairobi, Kenya. The Apartment is located 13 kilometers from Nairobi's Central Business District and 5 kilometers from Junction Mall (GLA: 23,000 sqm), with a clear view of the Ngong hills.

Eris Property Developers Limited began construction in August 2017. Adventis Inhouse Africa birthed the architectural design, with the main contractor being China Jiangsu International Economic And Technical Cooperation Group (CJI).

Enkang Apartments has a total of 360 units which consists of studio apartments and one, two, and three-bedroom flats. The studios are 31 square meters in size, while the other flats are 50, 85, and 110 square meters.

In addition to the housing units, a four-story business complex is being developed at its entrance from Ngong road and promises to include the following features:
