Festival Flats

Festival Flats is a proposed 9-floor residential development located on the corner of 1st Avenue and Lagos-Badagry Expressway opposite “Festival Complex”, FESTAC, Lagos. Other notable developments in Festac include Itesiwaju Court. 

Construction will commence in Q1:2021, and the development is slated to be completed in  Q4:2022. Festival Flats is developed by  UACN Property Development Company (UPDC). The main contractor is Stepris Nigeria Limited.

Festival Flats will have 30 units of 2 bedrooms apartments.

The development is part of the drive by the developer, UACN Property Development Company (UPDC), to provide accommodation for young professionals and corporates in areas including Surulere, Ibeju-Lekki, and Yaba over the next 3-5 years.

This is to be achieved by taking advantage of the current waterway routes and expected completion of the blue line rail which connects FESTAC and the main commercial hubs in Lagos.

Off-plan sales start at ₦30,000,000 for an apartment.
