Fidap Villa

Fidap Villa is a residential development located at 13b, Reeve Road, Along Shaw Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. Ikoyi is a highbrow region of Lagos State known for its luxury and ultra-luxury residential buildings such as: 4 Bourdillon, Tango Towers, Sisi Paris, The Luxuria, and Cuddle by Cadwell (currently under construction). 

The development’s main contractor is Business Contracting Limited, while it was designed by Baron Architecture. It's being built by Grenadines Homes, a property developer with other developments including Paramount Twin Towers and Claren Villas (both still ongoing).
