Grand Panorama Apartments

Grand Panorama Apartments is a recently inaugurated residential development located on No 2 Alexander Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. It is being built by China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation Nigeria Limited (CCECC) who are also acting as the Main Contractor of the project.

The development will join other luxury residential developments in Ikoyi  such as: No 4 Bourdillon, Cuddle by Cadwell, Belmonte Prive, Sisi Paris, and the Vantage Bourdillon.

This 21-floor luxury development commenced construction in Q1: 2022, and has an estimated completion date of Q4:2024. It is being built on a land area of 5,000 sqm and will have a Gross Built area of 22,356sqm. Once completed, it will feature 75 units of 2-bed, 3-bed, and 4-bed apartments. The sizes of these apartments are:

• 2 bed apartment - 150 sqm

• 3 bed apartment - 200 sqm

• 4 bed apartment - 300 sqm  

Facilities and amenities that will be provided in Grand Panorama Apartments include:

• pool, 

• squash court,

• underground parking with 153 parking bays

Other members of the project team include: Uniarch Associates as the Architect, Fahas Associates as the Structural Engineer.
