Heritage Place

Heritage Place is Actis' answer to the lack of quality Grade A space in the commercial capital of the country. It is located on Alfred Rewane Road, one of Ikoyi's major roads. 

Actis, is a private equity firm with a focus on investments in emerging markets, and a key player within the Nigerian and Sub-Saharan African real estate space. They were the team behind Ikeja City Mall and Abuja's Jabi Lake Mall development.

This Grade A office tower is spread out on 14 floors providing over 15,736sqm of lettable office space and 350 parking bays. completed in Q1:2016, the tower also features state-of-the-art facilities and amenities including:

• double volume reception, 

• suspended ceilings, 

• a cafe/coffee shop, 

• plaza 

• flexible floor plate sizes from 450sqm up to 2,000sqm

• LEED(Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified building.
