Hyatt Regency Ikeja

Hyatt Regency, Ikeja is a hotel construction located on Ladoke Akintola Road, Ikeja GRA and being developed by Sentinel Hospitality. 

This is largely a middle-income to high-income area filled with similar high-grade hotel developments such as: Marriott Hotel by Sifax Group, Radisson Blu Ikeja Hotel by Avalon Intercontinental Nigeria Limited, and Sheraton Hotel by Ikeja Hotel Plc..

Ikeja GRA is also not too far from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport making it an easily accessible area.

This hotel development which commenced in the first quarter of 2021 has its completion date in Q2:2024 and will offer up to 142 rooms.

• SOJ Electromechanical Consult as the MEP Engineer.
