Ibis Hotel, Lekki Phase 1

Ibis Hotel, Lekki Phase 1 is a hospitality development located on Providence Street, Lekki Phase 1, and developed by HDV Limited. This location is in one of the prime areas in Lagos, and other developments within this area include the Peninsula Hotel, Lekki Town Square, and Evercare Hospital, amongst many others.

The developers started construction in Q4:2021 and completed construction in Q2:2026. The hotel will feature a total of 120 hotel rooms with single rooms and premium rooms.

 The hotel also offers services and facilities such as: 

• Restaurant lounge and bar

• Outdoor restaurant

• Pool

• Internet corner

• Gym

• Airport shuttle

• 500-seater banquet hall

• Meeting rooms

HDV Limited also has in its portfolio, a completed hotel development under the same brand name - Ibis Hotel, Ikeja.
