Ikoyi Plaza is a mixed-use development located at Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. It was developed by the Lagos State Development Property Company (LSDPC) in partnership with Ibile Holdings Limited.

The 8-floor development consists of office and retail elements and has a gross leasable area of 13,630 sqm. Its spaces will consist of shops, offices, cinema halls, a gymnasium, restaurants, a Food court, sports and beauty hub, amongst many others. 

The development was completed in Q3 2022.

Facilities and amenities in the development include: 

• Power supply (supported by backup generator)

• 24-hour security guard

• CCTV

• Waste management service

• Elevators, amongst many others.

The rent at the plaza ranges between NGN 100,000/sqm to NGN 150,000/sqm. 

Ibile Holdings Limited is a property developer that has built other developments such as Ikeja Aviation Plaza and the Campbell Centre in Lagos Island. Lagos State Development Property Company (LSDPC) is another property developer with its portfolio including Lekki Apartments (Lagos HOMS), Bayview Estate, amongst others.

Other members of the project team include: 

• Construction Kaiser as the Main Contractor and 

• One-Cube Projects Limited as the Architect, 

• Rogba Orimalade and Co. as the Agent, and

• Construction Kaiser as the Project Manager.
