Ilubirin Apartments

Ilubirin Apartments is a residential development that will come in 5 different buildings, and will be located inside the largely planned Ilubirin Community. The Ilubirin Community which is being built as a neighborhood will include residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and educational developments. It is located off Ring Road, in Lagos Island. These residential developments are of varying heights with the tallest building having G+5 floors. It consists of a total of 108 apartments with 20, 64, and 24 units of studio, 2-bed, and 3-bed apartments respectively. 

The project is initiated and is developed by Ilubirin Foreshore Projects Limited in partnership with the Lagos State Government. It is intended to be part of a self-sustainable Ilubirin neighborhood. The development is also expected to be completed at the end of the last quarter of 2025. Once completed, the project will join other developments in Lagos Island such as: Restoration of Glover Memorial Hall, Saheeto Suites, and Spicery Hotel. 

Ilubirin Foreshore Projects Limited has carried out other developments like the Showroom from Ilubirin. Other projects from its main contractor, Arbico include: Incar Plaza, Diamed Diagonistic Center.
