It is located in Lekki Phase 1 and will span from the end of Freedom way to Nicon Town - around the 4th Junction on the Lekki Epe Expressway. It is currently being dredged and will be 150 hectares, with a dredging height of 3.5 meters as they noted that Lagos’ water level will rise about 1.35m due to the global water level rise.
