Kanti Towers

Kanti Towers is a commercial development located on Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island. This prime location in Lagos State makes it in the same vicinity as many other office developments such as: Greystone Tower, Pier Point building, Africa Reinsurance Building by Konza Technopolis Development Authority.

The 15-floor building was completed in 2015 and offers a Gross leasable area of 6,600sqm. Facilities and amenities in the building include:

• CCTV and Access control

• Sewage plant

• Dedicated borehole and water treatment plant

It was developed by the Lagos State Development Property Company (LSDPC) in joint development with Senkay Limited.

• Jide Taiwo & Co.as both the agent and Facility manager

In July 2021, the Federal Executive Council of Nigeria gave its approval for the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) to acquire Kanti Tower for ₦17.47b. You can read more about the purchase here.
