The Kasi Cloud data centre campus is located in the Maiyegun area of Lekki, Lagos, along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road corridor. The project is being developed by Kasi Cloud as a phased hyperscale data centre campus designed for cloud computing, enterprise hosting, storage, and AI workloads.

The first phase of the development, known as LOS 1, is designed as a 40MW hyperscale data centre campus, which has now been commissioned and includes:

  • A 5.5MW operational data hall

  • An initial 7.2MW IT load

  • A 7.5MW ecosystem floor for colocation and enterprise infrastructure

  • Carrier-neutral connectivity infrastructure

  • High-density computing capacity

  • Multi-storey data halls built for scalable expansion

  • Access to nearby subsea cable systems, including Equiano and 2Africa

  • Low-latency cloud and enterprise connectivity

  • Infrastructure designed to support AI and cloud computing applications

The broader campus is planned to scale to a total capacity of 100MW upon full completion. Construction on the project began in 2022, with major construction works starting in 2023.
