La Tour

La Tour is an ongoing residential development at 63, Bishop Oluwole Street, Victoria Island. ITB Nigeria is the main contractor and has other projects in its portfolio such as Heritage Place, Eko Tower, Alpha One, and FF Millenium Tower, amongst many others.

This development is a 17-floor development proposed to offer 45 units of apartments and has an estimated completion date of September 2025. Once the development is completed, facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool will be provided.
