According to Estate Intel residential luxury report, advertised asking prices for land in Banana Island were between $2,800 and 13,565/sqm. The development is located in the Mixed Development Zone of Banana Island, where a few other high rise developments such as Ocean Parade, Bella Vista and Adunola House are located.
