Lorenzo is a planned 25-floor ultra-luxury residential development on Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, which was to be built on a 3,800sqm site but is currently on hold. Designed by Portuguese Architects, Cavalerio, it is expected to be Ikoyi's tallest residential tower at 108 meters. Lorenzo plans on providing its occupants with panoramic views of Lagos, a health club and gym, swimming pools, movie rooms, playground, and units with 4-meter floor-to-ceiling heights.
There will be options for 2, 3, 4 bedroom apartments or Pent-Villas, with sizes ranging between 300 and 1,000sqm. Other facilities on offer include a mini-mart/pharmacy/clinic, virtual golf bar, beauty salon, spa, dry cleaners, 24-hour concierge, advanced access cards in a bid to promote a 'keyless society', 182 parking bays (providing ~3 bays per apartment) as well as a global restaurant - Novikov.
Sujimoto, the developer for this project, was also behind the Medici Terraces on Milverton Road in Ikoyi. The names for both the Medici Terraces and Lorenzo were inspired by Lorenzo De Medici, an Italian statesman, and ruler of the Florentine Republic between 1469 - 1492.
It is located on #16 Bourdillon Road, not far from the 25-floor #4 Bourdillon Project by Kaizen Properties and Cadwell's luxury tower, Cuddle.
