Mansfield Office (Also Know as MHQ)

Mansfield Office is an office development located at Providence Street, Lekki Phase 1. It was developed by First Bridgeford Global Limited and has Al Mansour Contracting Construction Limited as its Main Contractor. 

Its location in the heart of Lekki Phase 1 makes it in close proximity to other office developments such as the Nigeria British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) Office, AM Plaza, and UK Dion Group Building (formerly Moses Anite Building) amongst others.

The 7-floor development was completed in Q4 2024. The development is being built on a land area of 2,000 sqm. Once completed, it will have a gross leasable area of 4,280sqm, floor plate size of up to 1,400 sqm, and facilities such as 120 parking bays, and 2 no. lifts.
