New Dawn Baptist Church

New Dawn Baptist Church is an institutional development located in Oniru, Lagos. Victoria Island is a popular upscale area within Lagos state known as one of the commercial centers of the state and features some of the state’s mixed-use developments such as: The Sails Palace, Pharmacy Tower, and The Sphere.

This 1,500 capacity auditorium will incorporate a multipurpose hall, meeting rooms, and church offices. It will also consist of a residential block for 3 ministers and a commercial block of luxury apartments.
