Montave Tower is a proposed office development located in Upperhill, Nairobi, which will be developed by Greenfield Developers, Kenya. The location of this development will be situated close to the Uhuru Park, Railway Golf course, British High Commission, Nyayo Stadium, as well as other developments such as: Nyayo House, Britam Tower, Qwetu Students Residences, Hurlingham, and Landmark Plaza.
The development, which will stand at 40-floors, has an estimated completion date of Q4:2024. The mixed-use component in this large development consists of: retail spaces, offices, hotel apartments, and living residences.
The retail space would occupy the first three floors having a Gross area of approximately 17,373sqm, and offering approximately 60 retail outlets.
The commercial offices are located in the Northern tower and totalling a Gross area of approximately 13,935sqm. This part of the development will rise up to 25 floors above the retail podium, and offer business lounges and meeting rooms, as well as a rooftop helipad.
The hospitality segment will be located at the southern end of the retail podium and rise up to 40 floors. This part will feature hotel rooms as well as serviced apartments, and facilities such as: sauna, gymnasium, meeting lounges.
Residences at The Montave will rise up to 21 floors in the middle of both the offices and hotel apartments. It will feature 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as 3 and 4 bedroom penthouses.
