The development was built by Sameer Business Group, a property developer having built other properties including: Sameer Business Park and Rivaan Center. Aprim Consultants was both the Architect and Main contractor of this project. 

The development was completed in Q2:2014 and features 90 units of 3 bedroom apartments. These apartments are spread across 3 blocks of building and each floor houses 11 units of the apartments.
