Nautica Rise is a luxury residential development located in Oniru, Lagos, and being built by Cruxstone Development and Investment Limited.

Oniru is one of the highbrow areas in Lagos State in proximity to other prime areas such as Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, and Ikate, amongst others. Other developments in the area include Landmark Waterview Apartments, Crystal Bay Towers, Paramount Twin Towers, amongst many others. 

The 20-floor development has an estimated completion date of Q4:2027. Once completed, it will feature 3 towers containing a total of 150 units of 1,2,3 bed apartments and 4 bed penthouses.
