Nestoil Tower

Nestoil Tower is a mixed-use development located in Victoria Island, Lagos. It is located on the corner of Akin Adesola Street and Saka Tinubu street making it in close proximity to other developments such as: Number One, Unity Bank Towers, Victoria Mall Plaza, Pension Custodian Limited HQ, and Pactum Towers amongst others.

The development had Julius Berger Nigeria Plc as the Main Contractor, who have other developments in their portfolio including: Rose of Sharon Tower and Famfa Oil Tower. The building was designed by ACCL, while FSN Facilities Management Limited is the facility manager. Fine and Country West Africa is an agent of the building, and Halogen Security Company Limited is the security company.

This G+15 floor development, completed in January 2016, features 7,500 sqm office space and 3,500 sqm residential space located on its pent floor.  The building attained a LEEDS certification, and also has facilities including:

• 10 premium residential apartments

Nestoil, Neconde, and other subsidiaries occupy parts of the building.
