NF Towers

The NF Towers is a proposed 16-floor mixed-use development located at the intersection between Liberation Road and Ring Road East in the North Ridge region of Accra. According to the architects, Boogertman + Partners Architects, the design approach was developed to reduce the building’s energy demands and maximize the comfort of its occupants.

Currently, in the implementation phase, the developers, GN Bank Ghana (formerly First National Bank) appointed prominent contractors, Micheletti & Co. Ghana Limited, who is also responsible for the construction of the  Signature Apartments and One Airport Square.

The NF Tower will have retail, office, and hospitality elements as well as a penthouse. The construction site is 27,000 sqm and the H-shape profile with a twisting facade will offer column-free internal floor spaces and a floor plate size of 900sqm.
