Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA) Tower

Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA) Towers is an office development located in Victoria Island, Lagos State. It is owned by the Nigerian Insurer’s Association (NIA), and has United Integrated Construction Limited (UCL) as its Main Contractor.

Its location is a prime area which has many other office developments such as: Churchgate Tower by Churchgate, TCF Place by TCF Microfinance Bank,  Kanti Towers by Lagos State Development Company (LSDPC, and  Crystal Tower

The 7-floor development was completed in Q2:2022. The Grade B+ office building has a Gross Leasable Area of 3,120sqm.
